|Description||SvxLink is a flexible voice services system for ham radio use which can act as a repeater controller as well as ask as an EchoLink server or Echolink client with the included Qtel GUI client.|
The server consists of a core that handles the connection to the transceiver. The transceiver audio is connected to the PC through the sound card and the PTT is controlled by a pin in the serial port. The core can be configured to act as a repeater controller or operate on a simplex channel. The voice services are loaded into the core as modules. Existing voice services are a help system, a module that plays back everything you say (Parrot), a module to connect to other EchoLink stations and a simple voice mail system.
