Description | GNU Radio is a massive (and growing) collection of software modules that may be used to build a software-based radio transceiver. The general idea is to take an Analog-Digital Converter and use it to sample a signal as close the antenna as possible, reducing the amount of electronics required, and to synthesize as much as possible of the rest of the radio in software, including demodulation. |
