DescriptionGNU Radio is a collection of software modules that may be used to build a software-based radio receiver.

The general idea is to take an Analog-Digital Converter and use it to sample a signal as close the antenna as possible, reducing the amount of electronics required, and to synthesise as much as possible of the rest of the radio in software, including demodulation.

Support currently exists for the Measurement Computing PCI-DAS4020/12 20 million sample/sec analog to digital card.
