OpenBCM can use own Layer2 KISS-Mode to communicate with a TNC or use a pseudo TTY. OpenBCM can also listen on a netcmd socket, axip over UDP and also AX25-Kernel is supported. The BBS offers a lot of TCPIP (HTTP, Telnet, POP3, SMTP, NNTP, FTP) services. Included is a terminal program called bct, which is used to communicate with the mailbox.
OpenBCM can be used via AX.25 (Layer2 KISS-Mode) and/or TCPIP (HTTP, Telnet, POP3, SMTP, NNTP, FTP). A terminal program like Paxon (www.paxon.de) and Flex/32 is recommended.
OpenBCM can be used in combination with PC/Flexnet. Build in user interface.
